Over 100 animals have been rescued from a veterinarian’s residence in Sandusky County, Ohio, following allegations of severe neglect. The veterinarian, Dr. Laura Hirt, has been indicted on felony counts of cruelty to companion animals. The animals are now receiving veterinary care at undisclosed locations.
